Hello. I am currently a moderator of a few instances. Sometimes I get reports and I won’t act on them because I don’t think the situation warrants any moderator action and that is fine. But to the person that files the report they have no idea if their report even got seen therefore they might get the impression that there’s no moderation going on.

I purpose a system where you can respond to each report and tell the user if you taken action or if you didn’t think the situation is warranted. I think this will be a very helpful situation because getting a dialogue will encourage them to make more reports. More reports allows me and other mods to do our jobs more effectively.
