I was expecting a detailed rant, including an example or two. “That’s all” is much, much funnier.

Well, today’s the 12th. What happened?
I get the same feeling, too. They’re just looking for an excuse to ditch Europe - perhaps as a sacrifice to Putin.
Not even in office yet, and already making threats.
I’d like to see Europe tell Vance to fuck off. I suspect that if Europe gives in now, the Trump administration will make this same threat every time Europe does something he doesn’t like.
Trump will be an unreliable NATO ally anyway, so it isn’t much of a risk on Europe’s part.
In my experience, that’s true, too. I won’t complain about build quality.
There is no shortage of reasons to dislike Apple. This isn’t one of them.
There’s no way any sane, informed person would trust him with their money.
That means there’s a huge untapped market out there.
“This seems solvable if the company is willing to prioritize it.”
I know how to make the company prioritize it: make Whisper illegal to use (or even promote) until a certain threshold of accuracy is met. This software is absolute garbage at best, and a genuine hazard at worst.
Lame, ineffective “warnings” serve no purpose but to cover OpenAIs ass. Hit them in the wallet, and they’ll pay attention.
I remember seeing this commercial. I knew back then that it was horseshit.
“This is what happens when the government lets companies swallow the completion (the latest being Sprint). We have antitrust laws in the country that are being ignored and ultimately the consumer loses,” a New York resident told the FCC.
YES. The government needs to stop rubber-stamping these enormous mergers.
Not paying bills is an ego trip for these scumbags. Maybe it’s the only way they can get an erection.
Wonderful. Negative press for Musk makes me smile.
Last night I assassinated Joe Momma in bed.
Too bad his idea is so fantastically stupid. Under other circumstances, I might kinda like his “fuck it, do or die” attitude.
This is entirely on Twitter. For your average person, sending a court-ordered fine to the wrong institution means it hasn’t been paid.
Plus, theres the fact that Musk is completely untrustworthy. After all the effort it’s taken to get Twitter to pay up, I wouldn’t restore their ability to earn income from Brazilians until the fine was secured thoroughly and correctly.
That’s an excellent question. I wish I knew the answer.
We need to call them something other than “stem cells” (here in America, at least). Republicans have trained people to assume that stem cells can only come from aborted fetuses, and that will be a major hurdle to overcome for any procedure involving “stem cells”.
Just let the man have a pint! He’s certainly earned it.
Yet another reason not to buy a Ford.
Can’t wait for it to teach that Mussolini was a misunderstood guy, and that the KKK is just a harmless social club.
I’m glad that “AI slop” is becoming a common term. Of course, I’d be even more glad if it wasn’t necessary in the first place, but I’ll take what I can get.
