Gen Z are like 20-30 years old by now
We’ll get something like language servers but for AI eventually.
Once you know a few languages and the principles for how a computer works moving to a new one is easy. Don’t think of it as being a “Java developer”, but a programmer. It’s just a tool.
We did not learn languages at uni, but concepts. You use the same data structures and algorithms.
I think you’d be surprised, try picking up rust for some advent of code challenges. If you know Java Streams and C/C++ lower level programming all that you’re missing is some pattern matching.
Any recent CS grad is obsessed with rust, trust me. It’s not hard to learn either with that background.
It’s getting an editor eventually. Still early in development
I keep seeing TV ads where the key only show the actual game title for like 0.1seconds.
It also makes it slower and easier to introduce bugs.
Or just with algebraic types, like Enums in rust or data types in Haskell
Always been a bit of an introvert and loner. Got fascinated by computers and games and wanted to know how they worked in detail. Had good grades so got into a 5 year Computer Science and Engineering program, landed a job before I even graduated.

If you have a good degree and some experience it’s almost trivial to get a programming job. Got mine on my first application within two weeks of the interview. They are desperate for programmers atm.
If you are coding on vim you use a language server 😝
While it’s not the case for this project I’m sure there’s some poor researcher our there who trained a model on actual confiscated CSAM. Or most likely overworked traumatized thirld world content moderators employed by the likes of Meta.
