Man I love Spacetime and Eons. I have watched almost all of spacetime. I wish there were a spacetime hardcore where they threw as much math at me as possible. Awesome channels
Man the last one really hits home. I would transfer all of my github projects for a stable livable job
When I learnt programming (back in early 2000s) the textbook said C is a high level 3rd generation language with 4th gen languages being something higher (I don’t remember what examples were given specifically). This is back when the java applets and action script for flash were the hot things. How I miss the days without the world being cursed by JS.
It’s the upper bound
Ohh… Ok… I will give it a go
It’s all a part of God’s plan /s
I have been using Linux for some time now and the only place where I encounter problems is the office suit. Like Libre office basically meets all my needs, but when I share the docs to other people, somehow Ms office fucks it up. I don’t know how to fix it.
You can only touch in places where you have permission to touch.
Cool username
Well mainly because where we might need to use these units, we have more standard non si units, we use AU, Light years and Parsecs where Megameters, Gm, TM etc would be useful
I like what glorious eggroll is doing and would love to try it. But it’s a no go for me since it has no selinux.
Exactly. I would rather have to work a little and full control rather than non being able to work on problems they shove on me because I have no control
I also have thought that in case I need a windows install later on I can just create a vm with network access cut off.
I know. Plus it’s OUR operating system.
You are basically me a few months back. Just give it enough time and Microsoft will get on your nerves.
BTW, do you know Microsoft tries to decrypt and index all your data on one drive using the info it already knows about you and on win11 all your documents pictures etc folders are on one drive? Food for thought.
I didn’t know about no bara until today. Maybe I will check it out. But i am really comfortable in fedora now, so if something borks, I will check it.
I also love this. I don’t why but gc languages feel so incomplete to me. I like to know where the data is that I have. In c/c++ I know if I am passing data or pointer, in rust I know if it’s a reference or the data itself. Idk, allows me to think better
