Seriously. I learned way more math, history, and science from YouTube and Wikipedia than I had from 13 years in the K-12 system.

It is to me.
Unlikely because we already have .website

To be fair, if you have a home lab setup (or even a simple server), you’re not the average computer user.

I’m not an Apple fanboy, nor have I ever purchased one of their products (and I don’t plan to), but I’m actually fine with this because there are lots of USB-C mice and keyboards on the market these days in every price range. At the very most, you might have to buy a different cable because the ones I’ve bought tend to come with USB-C to USB-A cables instead of C to C. But eventually that will change as USB-A is inevitably phased out.
What the hell are you talking about? I push the power button every single day on my PC. I’m aware that wake on LAN is a thing, but your average computer user doesn’t utilize that feature. And only a psychopath who doesn’t care about their power bill nor the environment would leave their PC running 24/7.
Edit: Thanks for the insight. You were right, I was wrong. My bad.
Speak for yourself. Personally I turned $12K into $36K when the US government allowed bitcoin to be traded on the stock market as an ETF. Yet everyone here keeps trying to tell me that it’s a scam. Which is weird, because I bought a car, an OLED TV, and built a $4000 gaming machine with my “fake internet money”, as everyone here likes to call it.
All this stuff I bought with my earnings seems real to me. But hey, keep downvoting and calling me an idiot, like you always do, when I bring up the point that not everyone is stupid enough to lose money with crypto.

Can agree. I used to think I was savvy enough to avoid getting scammed, until I followed a link that a person who was pretending to be a mechanic gave me to purchase parts for my car. I ended up spending $1300 on parts that didn’t exist.
Long story short, I eventually got my money back after arguing with my bank’s fraud department for several months. I wish I could afford a lawyer so I could sue this guy for pain and suffering + the thousands I spent in Uber/Lyft/Waymo getting to work while I didn’t have a car.
It’s for the better. They will find other jobs. You sound like the people crying about coal mines being closed down.
Yeah I thought everyone knew this. Netscape became Mozilla Browser, which became Firefox.
Again, ride in one yourself when you get the chance and I promise you you’ll change your mind immediately.
Because self-driving cars are safer than human drivers, when implemented properly. A proper one is absolutely loaded with sensors, radar, laser, sonar; not just some cameras like Tesla’s system.
If you ever get the chance to, hop in a Waymo and you’ll become a believer too (currently available only in Cali and AZ). These little robotaxis see everything at all times, not just what’s in front of them like humans. I trust them more than I’d trust any human driver. They can avoid accidents that you and I would never see coming. Witnessed this first-hand.
I thought the depression rumor was debunked? Somebody correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Robin get a dementia diagnosis, and thus chose to go out on his own terms, rather than slowly rot away?
Because prepaid customers get lower priority on the tower. If I’m in even a moderately crowded area, my connection speeds go to shit and nothing loads.
TIL it’s I2P and not L2P
