Windows has been alternating between good and crap for decades. ME, crap. XP, good. Vista, crap. 7, good. 8/8.1, crap. 10, good…ish. 11, steaming feces. 12 will probably be at least half decent.

I could see it working as Too Loud Didn’t Watch, like when those idiotic YouTube meme videos crank up the volume until it’s distorted for “comedic effect.”

I would pronounce it like Giraffe without the ra - unlike the GIF file format which is like Gift without the t.
