We shouldn’t accept an OS with comparably sized lists of wins and blunders. Subsequent OSs should be a steady upward trend, perhaps with slight dips here and there.
There’s the RAM limit that would need addressing. Also UEFI struggles with the Windows 7 splash screen, but that could be replaced with a simpler logo.
Try 50k, with more realistic artist names, and more varied song names. Then you can bump the number up subsequent months, with the occasional drop sprinkled in for realism.

If you take the community summary above the rules to be the definition of a showerthought, and if you count “standing in line” as an everyday activity (since it was during the standing in line, not the voting, when OP had the thought), I’d say it’s not breaking rule 1 either.
