ChimeraOS and HoloISO would be the cloest to a console like experience
Nobara and Garuda is a step away from that and focuses more on being a gaming pc rather than a full console experience.

Cable and charger are two seperate things like batteries are, they are all.different components.
Usb pd specs has nothing to do with the cable that might end up being used with it.
You arent going to use a low guage wire to carry a ton of power, as you arent supposed to.
I mean many chargers/power supplies have and follow standards, ESPECIALLY if its a USB-PD compliant charger. batteries have a lot of wild west aspects to them. Bundling both in the way OP has it is not the way to go.

Isnt that based on the assumption that Valves public comment about removing the drm in the case they go under is a lie. It becomes a trust issue then, and to the public view, many put trust in them.
Depends on how low you define it. Many have monetary like transactions for procreation (e.g male insects offering food, some wasps offering service to mix her eggs into the colony eggs, penguins offering stones to mate), so the idea of offering a good/currency for a service is not innately human.
