Nah, it’s not universal, some of it is genetic. The other thing is, how often you wear ball-supporting underwear affects your rate of change of how much your balls sag.

Generally the app is better. Compatible with more container formats, audio formats (surround sound, Dolby digital, etc), and has hardware supported decoding for h265 video in addition to h264.
At least in the case of a Jellyfin server, you can download media locally when you know you’ll be without internet
This is sad, not funny
No, cats do intend to show you their butthole. It’s the highest form of trust and respect a cat can give you. They’re basically saying, “I’m going to show you my weakest spot so you know there’s no secrets between us”
If you switch the devices line to
- /dev/dri:/dev/dri
as other have suggested, that should expose the Intel iGPU to your Jellyfin docker container. Presently you’re only exposing the Nvidia GPU.
Yes, it did need the /s.
Good on you for reflecting on your ineffective communication and correcting course.
I guess don’t know how to break it to you that saying “f you” is not creative without being on a high horse then.
I give you a decent counterargument with some bonus alliteration and all you can muster is a strawman?
Also, speaking of cope. To say that a person using curse words instead of a witty remark is somehow smart cause smart people use curse words doesn’t sound right but I don’t how else to interpret the ETA you made.
You’ve reversed cause and effect here. I didn’t say that all people who curse are smart. I said smart people curse.
You’ve argued from a cliché and from a strawman misrepresentation of my original point. I hope someday you look back and cringe at your small-minded pretentiousness in this thread.

Scientific studies have shown that curse words relieve physical pain better than any alternatives.
So there are some situations where anything else is an objectively worse option.
ETA: I’m willing to bet the reason this is being downvoted is due to the holier-than-thou attitude you’re copping, OP. It’s also something of a classist-coded cliché to claim that people who curse lack vocabulary, intelligence, education, or creativity. This is, of course counter to the fact that studies have shown that people with higher intelligence are more likely to use salty language.
Jellyfin doesn’t need any particular setup to work directly from LAN because it doesn’t ever try to use a central login provider the way Plex does.
The only reason OP is struggling with it is because they set it up so that they can only connect to it via Tailscale.
Jellyfin is adding a new MediaSegments API/plugin, which should allow any arbitrary segment of any piece of media to be skipped on (eventually) all Jellyfin clients.
I think of them as tasting like banana-melon
This is the kinda shit I like to point to when Christians go off about how “perfectly designed” the human form is.
Right, I just mean if your connection speed is faster than your server can transcode, then the transcode speed will be the bottleneck
It’s limited to the transcode speed, but it’s important to keep in mind that e.g. if you transcode to a lower resolution especially it’ll usually transcode faster than realtime.
FYI Jellyflix also supports that
Well, Electron uses Chrome, so yes
Yeah, for instance the semi-ubiquitous “small TV with a vhs player built in” that was in a ton of mini-vans and kids’ rooms well into the early 2000s only supported analog cable/antenna signals, so it would give the black and white static when there was no signal.
