one of my least favorite things about python is semantic whitespace. no need to comment on yaml.
fuck it, parenthesis all the way.

is there a way to play partially downloaded files on jellyfin?
thats a cool concept
honestly a lot of the people trying to pass as big pros on the internet are beginners. however its the most common issue with css, so its solution is dead easy to fucking find.
with that said, if i havent been using css in a while ill probably have to look it up.
more like marketing bad, which i wholeheartedly agree with
i still use it, from all these years.
thinking of hopping soon tho

i was thinking of a soc more in line with the current gen ps/xbox
i havent looked into them in a while but arent they more expensive? reducing cost is realistic if valve could pull off the same punch as a steamdeck by using similar but better powered SoCs, or be able to sell at a loss as a calculated risk to get people spending on steam. sony and microsoft do it and it works.
make it convertible as a computer, like the deck is and as upgradable as possible (at least a gpu slot pls!) and you got an easy low cost linux based introduction to the pc ecosystem. with all money going to portables i dunno if they would do it but it would change that part of the game, it would certainly make it more open.
is VR support good on proton nowadays?
on the other hand something as sleek, cheap and ready to go out of the box as consoles, with guaranteed support for a while AND the biggest library of games on release? that could bring a lot of console people over to “PC” if done correctly. or market it more as a streaming server, that would be cool too.
i find arch to sometimes break on updates for me. it always turns out to be either:
1- bleeding edge package update made it bleed 2- needed to be watching announcements and change some config file 3- i havent updated in a while and it dislikes that.
i like having 100% automatic updates.
fucking with configs for hours regularly
this is the one reason i dont board the hype train for “customizable” distros: arch, nix, gentoo and so on unless im specifically looking to learn.
i use linux so i can install it and forget which distro im actually using.
they pledged, with google’s backing no less, to focus on it to develop ubuntu apps. they even spent a few of cycles working on porting their installer and snap store to it.
they pledged to adopt flutter heavily in ubuntu’s apps, in partnership with google. they even took like a couple cycles to port their entire installer and snap store to it.
Flutter

in addition to servarr, which was already mentioned, you can use Stremio. its similar to popcorntime and a lot simpler than setting up and maintaining servarr.
an RPi’s processing power can handle your use case as long as packages are available for its architecture, it shouldnt be a problem on common usecases.
you can use it to stream games from another machine using sunshine/moonlight too.
