Hmm seems odd to me. I personally would not have even thought anyone would have second guessed pressing the button.

Fun fact not only to captchas monitor your input but also can analyze how you input it. If you mouse moves in a perfectly straight line if all your key presses are precisely spaced, you are probably not human.

The other part of it is they broke the rules so they need to face the consequences. They are asking for forgiveness and in this case I don’t think they deserve it.
